Hanna Leclair
Registered Dietitian
Hannah is one of our Registered Dietitians. She completed her Bachelor of Applied Science in Applied Human Nutrition at the University of Guelph and then completed a Diploma of Dietetic Education and Practical Training at Brescia University College which included an accredited dietetic internship at Hamilton Health Sciences. She has previous experience in long-term care and primary care settings. Her special interests are mindful/intuitive eating, gut health, and cardiac health.
Brooklyn Seal
Registered Dietitian
Brooklyn is our newest Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator at the HFHT. She completed her Master of Science in Foods and Nutrition from Brescia University College combined with a dietetic internship across Ontario. Prior to this, she earned her Bachelor of Applied Science in Applied Human Nutrition from the University of Guelph. Brooklyn comes to us with recent experience in long-term care, diabetes education, and currently hemodialysis. Outside of dietetics, she enjoys being active, traveling, and practising mindfulness. She looks forward to pursuing primary care and empowering individuals/groups to achieve their personal health goals from a non-judgemental lens.
