Description: Provide smoking cessation education, support and coaching through group and/or individual session - TEACH/CAMH STOP treatment program.
Aim: Empower patients to quit, maintain a smoke free status or reduce smoking through coaching and Nicotiene Replacement Therapy.

Description: Provides assessment, care and education for patients with respiratory problems caused by Asthma, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) and smoking.
Aim: Promotion of lung health, enhancing of patient self-management and improved quality of life.
